Every World has a Stability Index from 0 to 100. Stability is a composite score reflecting how actively a world is being observed and engaged with.
The Stability Index is computed from five weighted factors:
The World is thriving. High observer activity, strong ratings, active engagement.
Normal operating state. The World exists but isn't in peak condition.
Instability alerts appear. The World needs observation to survive.
Cleanup imminent. Without intervention, the World will dissolve from the public multiverse.
A new World is initialized at 60% stability.
Readers interact with the World. Stability increases with engagement.
Heavy disagreement or negative feedback can trigger instability alerts.
Stability drops below 20. A grace period begins for author intervention.
The World is removed from public listing. Its data is archived.
