AI-Generated Content
All story text, images, and character portraits on WorldForge Nexus are generated by AI models based on your creative inputs. This means:
- Your inputs are yours. Blurbs, character descriptions, and creative choices you make belong to you.
- AI output has limited copyright protection. Under current US law, purely AI-generated works may not be copyrightable. However, works shaped by substantial human creative direction (your choices, edits, and guidance) may qualify for protection.
- Your choices strengthen your claim. Each path you choose, each character you shape, and each world you design adds human creative input to the final work.
- Images carry the same ambiguity. AI-generated cover art and character portraits may not be independently copyrightable.
Prohibited Content
You may not use WorldForge Nexus to create, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, promotes violence, or incites harm against any individual or group
- Contains explicit sexual content involving minors
- Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
- Deliberately attempts to bypass AI safety filters (prompt injection)
- Impersonates real public figures in harmful or defamatory scenarios
Intellectual Property
When forging worlds, you must respect existing intellectual property:
- No copyrighted characters. Do not use names, descriptions, or distinctive traits of characters from published books, films, TV shows, games, or other media (e.g., "Harry Potter", "Darth Vader", "Pikachu").
- No trademarked settings. Do not recreate proprietary fictional worlds (e.g., "Middle-earth", "Hogwarts", "the Death Star").
- Genre inspiration is fine. Writing a space opera, a wizard school story, or a monster-catching adventure using your own original characters and settings is welcome.
- Public domain is allowed. Characters and settings in the public domain (e.g., Sherlock Holmes, Dracula, Greek mythology) may be used freely.
Our moderation system flags content that appears to reference copyrighted IP. Repeated violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
Mature Content
WorldForge Nexus permits mature themes (violence, dark subjects, complex moral scenarios) appropriate for ages 13+. Content that crosses into gratuitous or exploitative territory may be flagged and removed at moderator discretion.
Reporting
If you encounter content that violates this policy, use the report function on the world page or contact us at support@worldforgenexus.online. We review all reports and take action within 48 hours.
Enforcement
Violations are handled progressively:
- First offense: Content removed, warning issued
- Second offense: 7-day publishing suspension
- Third offense: Permanent account ban
Severe violations (illegal content, targeted harassment) may result in immediate permanent ban.
Training Data
WorldForge Nexus does not use your story content to train AI models. Our planned machine learning pipeline analyzes structural patterns (plot shapes, pacing curves) — never prose, characters, or creative content.
